This sweet Yamaha XV750 is owned by Mike, and you can read a review on the completed build on Return of the Cafe Racers. Mike rides the pants off all his bikes, and this one is no different.

This XV has been improving and developing over a number of years and Mike wanted some help cleaning up the last few details.

Our scope of work included the following items:

  • Soda blast carbs
  • Fender mount
  • Hand-made side covers
  • Seat - quick release
  • Fairing support bars
  • Carb velocity stacks with custom machined mounting ring (purchase finished)
  • Screen installation (trim and mount screen & mirror)
  • M-unit cover bracket (allow seat to detach quickly)
  • Gas tank hold down strap (cracked at front bend)
  • Mirror & mounts (purchase a round mirror, make a custom bracket)
